Create a PowerPoint or InDesign presentation with your partner(s) explaining the following items about the particular type of wood assigned to you in class

  • Where it is found in the world
  • Where most of the interior finish material comes from in the world
  • What it looks like in nature
  • Maintenance – as an interior finish
  • Durability – as an interior finish
  • Sustainability
  • The different ways it can be used as an interior finish
  • Different colors/finishes available
  • Analysis of the material as an aesthetic choice
  • Local suppliers

Presentation information

  • Presentation to be 10 – 15 minutes in length
