Advanced Specialty: Expert Interview

Objectives

  • Gather information in order for formulate a design program for a restaurant
  • Utilize critical listening skills
  • Engage in collaboration and consensus building
  • Interact with expects from another discipline

Assignment

As individuals, write 10 questions you would like to ask our expert.  Bring two copies to class, one to turn in and one to mark up.  We will be meeting as a class before the interview to review questions to eliminate repeats and prioritize questions as we will only have one hour with our expert.

Grading Criteria

  • Completion of all required elements
  • Quality of all required elements
  • Having 2 copies
  • Professionalism at interview
